Any one of multiple account owners may exercise the right to opt out, even if he/she is not actually a member of the Credit Union. Energy Capital Credit Union will treat an opt out request from any one of the account holders as if all of you directed us to not make disclosures to non-affiliated third parties to which the opt out right applies.

If you decide to terminate your membership, or become an inactive members, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.
