| The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Agreement and Disclosures governing your use of the Virtual Branch Service is available online for your review prior to transmitting your Virtual Branch request. You may agree to receive this Agreement and Disclosure online rather than by mail. You also have the right to receive other documentation regarding the Virtual Branch service from time to time, including periodic statements, billing error resolution notices, and notice of change in terms (subsequent disclosure information). The credit union will mail any applicable subsequent disclosure information to you as set forth in the Agreement and Disclosures provided online.
You may now choose to accept or decline the EFT Agreement and Disclosures online.

| If you decline to receive the Agreement and Disclosures online, your Virtual Branch access may be delayed until we mail the Agreement and Disclosures to you. |

| To access Virtual Branch or to request your Personal Identification Number (PIN), simply fill out the information requested below, and click on the 'Submit' button. If you have an existing Tiger Line Voice Response PIN you may use this PIN at the login. If you do not have a PIN an initial PIN will be assigned to you within 2 working days of submitting your request. |
