Virtual Branch gives you the ability to complete almost any teller transaction via your PC and the Internet.
Here are a few of the things you can do when you visit your Credit Union's Virtual Branch:
- Review accounts
- Transfers to other accounts
- View checks cleared
- Print a statement of your account
- Review tax information (interest paid/dividends earned) for the current and previous years
- Check loan status
- Order checks

About Electronic Bill Payment
- Built into Virtual Branch is a bill payment module which allows your to pay your bills automatically online - no checks, no stamps!
- The Bill Payment module is easy to use, all of the information you need to set up bill payment for a particular payee can usually be found on your payment coupon or billing invoice.
- Click the 'Pay Bills' icon on the Virtual Branch page to enter the bill payment module.

Common Questions & Answers
- You are able to access Virtual Branch but you receive a 'session timed out' message after a brief period of time.
Make sure your Internet browser is set to accept cookies. For Virtual Branch to function properly, it is important that you allow the small, temporary text files known as "cookies" to be stored on your computer. All of the latest browsers from Microsoft, America Online, and Netscape automatically accept these cookies, but each allows users the option to receive a warning when cookies are being downloaded or to refuse them altogether
- You cannot access the sign-on screen.
Make sure your browser is set to use "Secure Socket Layer (SSL2 and SSL3) protocols. This is the security mechanism that keeps your session private.
- You are able to access Virtual Branch but your Internet browser keeps locking up or the screen becomes jumbled.
Make sure you have the latest version of your Internet browser software installed.
Check your browser software's home page for information on upgrades.
Previous versions of the software may work with Virtual Branch, but occasionally have problems.
- While attempting to log on you get an 'invalid user id' message.
Make sure you are entering just your member number and the correct PIN(Personal Identification Number). No "alpha" characters should be used when logging on If you have a pre-existing PIN you use to access Tiger-line -that same PIN will work at Virtual Branch. Note, you will be charged a $2.00 service fee if you contact the credit union to reset your password.
