All members should have their cards in hand by July 8, 2025
📣 Important:
To avoid delays, please update your mailing address and contact info no later than June 15, 2025. You can do this via Online Banking or by calling us. Please note that your new card cannot be activated until July 14, 2025.
💳 How to Activate Your Card
On or after July 14, 2025:

Call the number listed on the activation sticker (available 24/7)

Follow the prompts to set your new PIN

Safely destroy your old debit card once activated

Will my card number change?
Yes. Be sure to update any linked services, subscriptions, or payment apps.
Can I activate my new card before the old one is deactivated?
No, cards will be able to be activated on July 14, 2025. Your old card with automatically be deactivated.
Will my current PIN transfer to the new card?
No. You’ll set a new PIN during the activation process.
What if I don’t receive my card by early July?
Contact ECCU at (832) 604-4848 or email MRC@eccu.net immediately for assistance.
Will my card information update in the mobile app?
Yes, the ECCU mobile app will automatically update your card information on July 14, 2025
