How do I enroll in online banking? Is it free?

Is there a mobile app available?

Yes! ECCU’s mobile app is available for both Apple and Android devices.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password via online banking or the mobile app by selecting the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Username” link.

What do I need to enroll in online banking?

Members need their social security number and member number to enroll.

How do I update my contact information? 
Click your username in the top right corner and edit contact information on the left panel under "Contact Details".
How do I enable alerts and notifications?

Go to 'Tools & Services' and select 'Manage Alerts'.

What should I do if I suspect fraud?

Contact us directly at 832-604-4848 or visit us in branch so that we can assess and take necessary action.

How do I transfer money between accounts?
Click 'Transfers & Payments' and select 'Make a Transfer' or use our Zelle® feature.
How do I send money with Zelle®?

Go to 'Transfers & Payments' and select 'Zelle®'

What is the transfer limit for Zelle®?

The transaction limit for Zelle® is set to $2,000 per day.

How long do transfers take?

Funds will automatically become available after making a transfer.

How do I set up recurring transfers?
Go to 'Transfers & Payments', select 'Make a Transfer', select which accounts to transfer out and into, and select your frequency under 'When to send the money?'
How do I use Bill Pay?
Go to 'Transfers & Payments', select 'Bill Pay' and follow the prompts.
Can I wire money in online banking?
Yes, go to 'Transfers & Payments', select 'Make a Transfer', and click 'Wire Money' beneath 'Under Options'
Is there a daily wire limit?
Yes, the daily limit is $10,000

How do I switch my direct deposit?
Click 'Transfers & Payments' and select 'EasySwitch' and follow the prompts.
Can I get paid early?

Yes, depending on when your employer process payroll, you can get paid up to 1 day early!

How do I turn my cards on/off?
Click 'Accounts', select 'Manage Cards' and select 'Lock/Unlock'
How to report a lost card?

To report a lost or stolen card, please call 

How do I dispute a transaction?

Click on the transaction you would like to dispute and click 'Dispute'.

How do I activate a new card?

To activate a new card, call the number on your new ECCU debit or Mastercard® credit card.

How do I check my credit score?
Click 'Credit Score' and then enroll into our credit score feature. This is a free service for our members + the scores are a soft pull, so there will be no impact to your score!
What is Safe to Spend?

You can generate weekly streaks by staying within the weekly spending report's Safe-to-Spend budget 

How does Help Me Save work?

This feature automates savings by allowing you to set a target checking account balance, and we use this information to transfer any excess funds into a savings account on recurring dates. 

What is EasyVest?

EasyVest is a platform we have integrated to allow members to manage investments. We have an automated option that is perfect for new investors, and Easyvest Your Choice, which is ideal for the experienced.

What's EasyCoin?

EasyCoin is a platform we have integrated for members who are interested in buying/selling cryptocurrency.
