What is the late fee on a loan?

A late fee on a loan is a charge applied when a payment is not made by the due date. Typically, it is 5% of the scheduled payment amount.

When can I expect my title to come in after I pay my loan?

Once your loan is paid in full, the title is typically released after 10 business days for processing with the state. From there, please allow up to 30 days for the state to mail the title directly to you.

Do I qualify for a skip a pay?

To qualify for a skip payment, the loan must be open at least 180 days, the account must be in good standing, and the loan must be within the 15-day grace period (ineligible on day 16). Members may take up to two skips per year (no more than one every six months) with a lifetime maximum of 8 skips, and no charged-off loans or share accounts can be associated with the membership.

What is my payoff balance?

Your payoff balance consists of the principal balance of your loan plus any outstanding interest and fees owed. For an exact payoff amount, please log into online banking or contact our Contact Center at 832-604-4848.

What is the grace period for a loan payment?
