Existing Mobile app users will need to delete the old app and download the new version!
  • Create a new username and password for the Mobile app. Be sure to have your account number, DOB, and social security number handy.
  • Existing Energy Capital Credit Union Online Banking users need to re-enroll in the new Online Banking service. Like the Mobile app, you need to re-enroll and set up a new username and password. Your username cannot be your ECCU account number.
  • The recommended Online Banking browsers are Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.  

Once you download the new app, click 'Enroll'

Enter in your personal information and click 'Continue'
Create a secure password and click 'Continue'

Congratulations! Click the verification link and begin banking!
